DESCRIPTION:<p>The last stop in the 2014 Coalition of Surfing Clubs schedule at Tourmaline Surfing Park is always a good time, and the for the 5th year in a row it is being hosted by two Coalition clubs: Cardiff Surf Club and PBSC.
